After the delivery of material it is analyzed in a laboratory for a set standard of quality after which it is approved for consumption.

II: Furnace Melting Process
The melting process is done according to the demand or at regular grades. Both the Arc and Induction furnaces mostly make low carbon steel grades like ASTM A36 and as the temperature reaches to the desired degree, molten steel of Arc furnace is cast in moulds made of pig iron, where as the molten steel from the induction furnace is taken to Continuous Casting plant.
